MAYBE TOO EFFECTIVE
A very effective cleansing remedy and for that reason alone,
it is one of this site’s four ‘with extra caution’ tissalts.
This site considers the need for Kali Mur - swollen glands, eg tonsilitis -
is a reflection of the liver not working effectively or being overloaded.
In effect, the glands are ‘full/swollen’ because the liver
has ‘directed’ debris to be stored elsewhere until it can cope with more debris.
Therefore using Kali Mur - especially by itself but also ‘in-combination’ -
can add to rather than relieve glandular ailment/s, by releasing more debris
that the liver is already not coping with and will therefore
attempt to ‘redirect’ (again) that debris - ‘elsewhere’.
As such, it is considered here more important to
‘feed the liver’ with ‘in-combination’ Calc Sulph in the first instance,
before using Kali Mur to in effect, release more ‘debris’ from glands.
