Flatulence causes distension of the stomach or intestines which can produce
colicky pains, though these are often the result of indigestion.
Whether these or other symptoms of indigestion occur singly or together
can be caused by the particular combination of tissue salts present in Combination E.

Fairly good overall with three of the four included tissalts being ‘Phos-es’.
A bit of ‘with extra caution’ as with the inclusion of KS.
OTHER COMBOS
SImilar to Combo-C comments, so prefer Combo-A or Combo-5,
but in severe cases of relevant symptoms,
short term use of Combo-E may be beneficial.
EAT SLOWER, CHEW FOR LONGER
Ensuring better chewing of all food
(see Diet & Lifestyle for more info)
as well as slowing down time between mouthfuls,
may help avoid these symptoms in the first instance.
Frequent sips of warmish water may also help.
Overall, review types of food/drinks being consumed.
