BIRTH SUBLUXATION (Sorry about my difficult birth mum.) This one is a bit more tricky for me to personally recall - probably a good thing too. My mum didn’t say much about giving birth - that is, such wasn’t an on-going topic in our household. What has been said was that it was - a long labour and I was fairly ‘unwell’ in the first day or so … maybe a little longer. PROBABLE SUBLUXATION What has transpired through various ‘learnings’ about myself and the human body in general, is that there is a reasonable probability that a subluxation of my neck - particularly the upper neck - occurred during my coming into the outside-of-the-womb world. Two factors in particular lead me to this conclusion. FIRST ‘PROOF’ I clearly remember getting a severe migraine headaches from about 7 or 8 years old. There was lots of head pain - often to the point of needing to keep moving - and an almost insatiable thrist for water. Looking back, I also remember the more than occasional need for a headache pill being crushed into a bit of honey being given to me - so it’s highly probable I had resonable headache history prior to 7/8 years old. These migraines also developed into having a sensitivity to light and the need to have some sort of vitamin-B substance in an effort to alleviate the pain. Cold packs to the brow or top of the head also helped. SECOND ’PROOF’ Through having substantial amounts of Kinesiology during my formal studies, many different specific time related events began to be identified and during one such session, there were strong indications of my headache history going as far back as the birthing process. I know this for many is ‘thin proof’, but it came during a deeper investigation of the issue and I wasn’t consciously thinking of my birth being a factor, nor was the practitioner working with me aware of the extent of my headache history. The possibility of there being a physical issue since birth, commenced from that ‘finding’ and given the circumstances as recalled by my mum, I’m happy to accept this possibility at the least, as a reasonable probability. 24/7 HEADACHE While I’m very confident I have had a 24/7 headache since aged 14 - after the school-chair-to-the-back-of-the-head incident - I have also come to the conclusion that there’s a reasonable probablity that I have had some form of fairly constant head pain since birth. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ (Back) To… Incidents Overview Page (Back) To… “S-P-C” Site Overview Map ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ WARNING: “Self-Physi-Chiro” may make it easier for you to form positive changes within and to your health/life. “SteveKineez” ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ For whole site overview, visit … Steve “Kineez” SITE MAP Site-Wide Disclaimer and Copyright Notices
