TENNIS ELBOW 7 to 15 years old especially Mostly this affected my right elbow. It was one of those things that can be difficult to pinpoint a ‘cause’. In an effort to help alleviate the problem, I was given Cortisone injections. On many occassions. Mostly into my right elbow. At least once in my left elbow. The injections hurt. The injected arm was fairly unusable for up to a week afterwards. Perhaps it gave some relief for a while. The Cortisone didn’t fix it. When I got old enough to say ‘no’ I haven’t had a Cortisone injection since … for anything. And that remains a good decision. Maybe I ‘grew out’ of the problem. Maybe it was linked to possible at-birth subluxation. Not sure, but I’m glad I have been able to ‘fix’ my tennis-elbow type problems without Cortisone. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ (Back) To… Incidents Overview Page (Back) To… “S-P-C” Site Overview Map ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ WARNING: “Self-Physi-Chiro” may make it easier for you to form positive changes within and to your health/life. “SteveKineez” ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ For whole site overview, visit … Steve “Kineez” SITE MAP Site-Wide Disclaimer and Copyright Notices
