SOLE (SALT-SATURATED) WATER I acknowledge there are many styles of every health protocol/sector and that each Practitioner within, often has their own particular preferences/techniques. ATTEMPT TO ‘DISSOLVE A BURSITIS’ During 2015 when I was having my right shoulder treated by Physio, I was also provided some ‘advice’ from a health colleague that salt-saturated water - Sole (“solay”) had provided them with excellent results for ‘treating’ bursitis. Their preference was to use pink himalayan sea salt - which I did use - but any ‘high-mineral’ salt is also probably ok. THE THEORY OF ‘SOLE WATER’ Basically, the high-mineral salt ‘gets into’ the bursitis and over a few weeks to about 2 months ‘breaks’ the calcified surface of the inflammed bursa, so it changes from ‘hard-shelled’, back to its ‘natural soft shell’ - thereby allowing the bursa to do its job of ‘lubricating’ a moving area. TWO TEASPOONS PER DAY I was to start with two teaspoons of Sole Water per day and I ‘would know’ when to reduce this to one teaspoon a day and then when to stop taking it. I started with the two teaspoons per day, preferring to consume that ‘straight’ then immediately followed by a glass of fresh water. I commenced this after I had finished the Physio sessions I was doing, as I wanted to know how effective the physio was in its own right. RELIEF DID COME WITHIN A FEW WEEKS To my pleasant surprise, after a couple of weeks, my right shoulder started to feel much less sore - so much so, that I could start doing SPC exercises again for that shoulder. DOWN TO ONE TEASPOON A DAY Sure enough, as I had been previously assured, it got to a stage that two teaspoons a day of Sole Water was too much - I think my skin started to get dry - so I reduced down to one teaspoon a day. This reduction happened at about week 5 or so. DOWN TO NONE Again as I had been previously assured, there came a time when I felt no need for one teaspoon a day - in fact, I felt like I needed none. I think it was the re-occurance of dry skin that gave me the signal. IT WORKED! I’m happy to claim that the Sole Water was a significant factor in ‘fixing’ my right shoulder bursitis during 2015. The bursitis has not returned since and if any other sort of bursitis occurs, I will be using Sole Water as a primary ‘treatment’ for it. Importantly though, Sole Water was one of four ‘therapies’ I used to ‘fix’ this bursitis, with Sole Water ‘definitely playing its part’. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ (Back) To… ‘Therapies Tried’ List Page (Back) To… “S-P-C” Site Overview Map ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ WARNING: “Self-Physi-Chiro” may make it easier for you to form positive changes within and to your health/life. “SteveKineez” ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ For whole site overview, visit … Steve “Kineez” SITE MAP Site-Wide Disclaimer and Copyright Notices
