Basic Terms and Conditions
When pre-purchasing any Single Session or Multi-Session Package Deal,
Pre-Payers need to be aware of the following.
ACCEPTANCE OF SELF-RESPONSIBILITY

You - the Session Recipient - are at least 18 years of age
and access these services on a basis that you accept
these services are provided on a positive-outcome basis and
you take full responsiblity for your own health and health service choices.
If you are under 18 years of age,
you access these services on a basis that an appropriate parent or gauardian
meets the criteria on this page and that they accept these services
are provided on a positive-outcome basis and they take in-conjunction with you
or on your behalf, full responsiblity for your health and health service choices.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRE-PAYMENT
“SteveKineez” accepts any pre-payment
on a good-faith basis;
that is, the services will be able to be delivered
within a reasonable timeframe
and at times mutually acceptable
to the Service Provider and Recipient.
TRACKING OF SESSIONS USED
Both the “SteveKineez” and the Session Recipient
will keep track of Sessions used and clarify that progress
at the beginning and end of each Session -
confirmed in writing where achieveable.
TIME LIMITED
There is a reasonable time limit within which the Sessions need to be completed,
- eg pre-pay ‘Three Pack’ is within 3 months from date of purchase -
but we are reasonable to negotiate with.
REFUNDS AT DISCRETION OF “STEVEKINEEZ”
Any pre-paid portion unused by a well-exceeded ‘expiry date’
MAYBE refundable at discretion of “SteveKineez”,
who also also reserves the right to limit any refunded pre-payments
- eg if one Session unused, 50% maximum refund of that pro-rata charge;
- eg if all Sessions unused, 80% maximum refund of that pro-rata charge.
Refund of any payments are also subject to ‘system’ ability
to return such funds to source of original payment.
TRANSFERABLITY
At the request of the payor,
pre-payments are transferable for/to any other purpose or entity
only at the sole discretion of “Steve Kineez”.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Additional Terms and Conditions may be added
without any prior public notification,
but will only apply to any pre-payments exisiting at that time
if extenuating circumstances restrict the ability of “SteveKineez”
to provide the pre-paid services or any possible refund.
