OUR PRIVACY
We highly value our privacy - especially in the first instance -
which is why we don’t have any photos of us on our website.
YOUR PRIVACY
We highly value the privacy of our Clients.
We don’t need to know much about you to work with you -
especially in the first instance.
We favour paper records
- especially in regards to Session details -
which we store in a locked cabinet
and usually have the client’s first name written on these
and a ‘coded’ family/last name.
Electronic records are kept to a minimum,
usually confined to contact details, such as
phone number and email address.
Recording of client’s residential address
is usually confined to region and country -
mostly for GSTax purposes and/or for timezone purposes.
For payments,
we usually use a third party service where-ever possible
- as opposed to (say) direct deposit -
so we receive little to no direct financial info about you.
For more frequent clients
birth month and year maybe of benefit
but it is very unusual for us to need birth day.
