MERIDIAN ‘REFRESHERS’ SESSION Cleanse and Refresh the ‘Chi-Energy Lines’ USE OF LIGHT This is a relatively ‘straight-forward’ procedure where Meridian Lines are first ‘cleansed’ and then refreshed with Platinum Light. Other colours of light can also be considered for use - for example, (soft) plasma, rose gold and gold as used in the Chakra-Aura Refurb. SPECIFIC ‘TARGETS’ Meridian ‘refreshes’ can be used as an alternative way to target specific body structures - such as organs or glands - directly associated with each Meridian. Specific body areas in general can also be targeted due to one or more Meridians passing through that particular body area - for example, lower or upper limbs, the torso front or back, or the head. APPLICABLE TO ‘THE 14’ MERIDIANS Usually only one or a two Meridians are ‘refreshed’ during any one Sessions, but it can be applied to any of the 14 main Meridians and in a longer Session, all 14 Meridians may be able to be ‘refreshed’.
