& ACCESS POINTS
Specialist Kinesiologists use
Acupoints, Access Points and Meridians -
the wider use of which has been developed
over many thousands of years and continues to be developed.
ACUPOINTS
From the Chinese acupuncture system,
Acupoints are very specific points on the body -
often identified in relation to a ‘boney’ landmark.
Each Acupoint has it own
traditional Chinese meaning/purpose assigned to it.
Some Acupoints are ‘gateways’ to other Acupoints
MERIDIANS
Each Acupoint has a grouped-affinity
with a major body organ/structure,
which are assumed to form Energy Lines or ‘Meridians’
that run up or down the body or parts thereof.
“Intunitive” Kinesiology ‘uses’ the 14 major Meridians:
(often called the ‘Western’ and/or ‘7-Element’ Meridians)
Central, Governing, Lung, Pericardium,
Heart, Gall Bladder, Liver, Kidney, Spleen,
Stomach, Large Intestine, ‘Triple Heater’,
Small Intestine and Bladder.
ACCESS POINTS
Very specific Acupoints are also ‘assigned’ as
the key ‘Access Point’ to a particular Meridian.
TO SUM THIS ALL UP …
Acupoints, Meridians and Access Points
provide very consistent locations through which Kinesiology
may access broad or very specific ‘information gateways’
to body, mind … and more.
