‘SIMPLE’ FORM OF ENERGETIC HEALING
‘Simple’ in that Figure-8s are an easy-to-learn, easy-to-do
Energetic healing technique that one can do, even on oneself.
LONG HISTORY OF USE
This healing technique has been practised for 1,000s of years.
HOW TO APPLY
All one has to do, is to ‘draw’ a Figure-8 pattern with your hand -
preferrably with two or four or all fingers/thumb on one hand
pointing towards the ‘affected area’.
Firgure-8s can then be ‘applied’ over any ‘reachable’ body area
- eg wound, scar, healing bone, pain area -
for a few multiple ‘laps’ and is repeatable on a frequent basis.
Size of the Figure-8 ‘drawn’ can vary
depending on the area being focused on
and can be applied horitiontal or vertical or perpendicular.
SPECIFIC USE AROUND THE EYES
While any direction of a Figure-8 is better than none,
there is a very specific pattern when using around the eyes -
the ‘8’ must sweep from lower to upper
when crossing the bridge of the nose
KINESIOLOGY INDICATION OF ‘BEST’ APPLICATION
One of the advantages Kinesiology usually has with Figure-8s,
is that through ‘indication’, a Kinesiologist may better estimate
- where, what direction, what size and for how many ‘circuits’ -
the Figure-8 is to be applied as a ‘correction’.
