“MERIDIAN-EEZ” SESSION
14 ‘Chi-Line/Meridian’ Flows
This balance is designed for people who are feeling
a bit ‘out-of-sorts’, with nothing specific or notable
being the ‘cause’ and none of the other
‘Standard Session’ choices are better suited.
The 14 Major Meridians are grouped according to their body sectors
and simultaneous multi-sound of their associated forks,
is ‘swept’ along their respective ‘lines’ from their start to end acupoints.
Usually, the sound is ‘swept’ one side of the body
then the other, in the following group order:
First group of 3 -
from front of shoulder, down inside of arm,
across the palm and ending at the fingertips
Second group of 3, one side then the other -
from fingertips, over the back of the hand,
up the back of the arm, across the top of the shoulder,
up the side of the neck, finishing between
the ear and the nose.
Third group of 3 -
from around the eye, over the top of the head,
down the back, along the back & side of legs,
finishing at the toes
Fourth group of 3 -
from toe-tips and the underside of the foot,
up the front and inside of the leg and
finishing mid to upper chest.
Fifth group is a group of 2 -
one for the front and one for the back
up from the base of the torso, finishing at the front of the face.
This order maybe modified if ‘Indicated’ to do so.
